Sergeant Frank Preston of the Royal Candian Mounted Police, played by Dick Simmons, astride his horse "Rex" and accompanied by his dog "Yukon King", a handsome malamute, enforces law and order in Alaska at the turn of the century. Filmed in color in central California, the trio became a mainstay on children's television from 1955 to 1958 and in syndication ever since. Every show concluded with, "Well King, looks like this case is closed!" This episode is titled "Generous Hobo". Guy plays Jim Lorane.
